Our offers of products are valid only in the list of countries quoted below: South Africa, Algeria, Germany, Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Ivory Coast, Croatia, Denmark, Egypt, Spain, United States, Finland, Metropolitan France, France Guinea, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Morocco, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Republic Czech, Romania, the United Kingdom, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tunisia, Turkey and Ukraine.
For the moment, we do not deliver in countries except those aforementioned.

Products are delivered to the address which you indicated during the process of order.
All our sendings are realized wrapped strengthened via the services of the post office (type Colissimo).

DELAYS OF DELIVERY AND UNAVAILABILITY

For certain not stored products, our offers are valid subject to availability at our suppliers. The approximate delay is given to you on the display of the product. This information being directly given by the suppliers, any errors or modifications are independent from our will and cannot engage our responsibility.
In case of unavailability of the product after signing of the order, you will be informed by e-mail or by mail for the fastest delay.
In case of unavailability of an ordered product, the Customer will be informed about it as soon as possible and will can in the choice:
1) Case of a delay in delivery not exceeding 45 days:

2) Case of the delay in delivery superior in 45 days:

GUARANTEE, CUSTOMERS SERVICE AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

The duration of the guarantee comes into effect in the date of purchase of the device, justified by the presentation of the corresponding invoice.

The guarantee is cancelled by rights if an intervention on the device was executed by an unapproved person by the company POB TECH.

All the breakdowns ensuing from an abnormal use of the device, the request or the not appropriate manipulation, the shock even not visible, are excluded from the service of guarantee.

The wear of the organs of functioning, normal for the usage, is also excluded from the limits of guarantees.

The expenses of return will be taken care by the customer (except exceptional case).
The conditions of the after-sales service are imposed by the builders. The conditions of repair and consideration under guarantee are not dependent on our will but decided by the builders. The POB TECH AFTER-SALES SERVICE DEPARTMENT is just intermediary with the centres approved by the builders. The duration of the guarantee, if it exists there, is clarified on the fact sheet of the article.
It covers details and expenses of hand of work if it is clarified on this description.
No product must have returned to us without a preliminary agreement of a responsible for POB TECH and the obtaining of a number of returns. ROBOT-ADVANCE.COM will refuse any return which will have been made except the procedure.
Every return must be more accompanied with a copy of the invoice of origin and with a mail summarizing the problem noticed as well as your precise coordinates for return or any contact.
ROBOT-ADVANCE.COM takes care of the expenses of return only in zones covered by the normal deliveries (see Chapter 8).
