I recognize to have acquainted and to approve each of the clauses establishing these general conditions of sale. My acceptance is realized by the electronic signature made by the “click of validation” and by the complete payment of the amount of my order before delivery.

2. OBJET

Note, please, that the site ROBOT-ADVANCE.COM reserves the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom there was a previous dispute with the company A2O Distribution, and it, even if the order was confirmed.

5. FACULTY OF RENUNCIATION

The customer has a delay of seven clear days to exercise his right of retraction without having to prove motive. In case of renunciation, the possible expenses of return of the goods are chargeable to the customer. No sending it against repayment will be accepted, whatever is the motive.
This delay of 7 true days runs as from the reception for the goods or from the acceptance of the offer.

8. ORDER AND DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered to the address you gave us when you placed your order.

When the item is available in stock, the estimated delivery date is determined according to:

  • The shipping time: verification of the reliability of the information entered as from the time your payment is taken into account + preparation of your order + handling of the parcel(s) by the carrier.
  • The delivery time of your package by the carrier.
  • The delivery time may not exceed 30 (thirty) days following the order. Failing this, the Client has the possibility of resolving the contract formalised by his order by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or in writing on another durable medium after a formal notice has remained in vain.

In the event of cancellation of the order, we undertake to reimburse you for the sums paid, including delivery costs, at the latest within 14 (fourteen) days following the date on which the contract was terminated. The amount paid by the Client is automatically increased by 10% if the refund is made no later than 30 days after this term, by 20% up to 60 days and by 50% thereafter.

our orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same day with confirmation by e-mail of the departure of your order. The package will then be processed by the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the order.

In the event of delivery outside the territory of the European Union, customs taxes and formalities are the exclusive responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise specified and are indicated precisely in the All-Inclusive Price including the price of the products ordered to which are added the various costs.

La Poste and Chronopost are the carriers used by the Site.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer on the online order form or returned by fax or e-mail.

A validation email will be sent with the tracking number and a link to the tracking site. Upon delivery, the Customer will check the content, conformity and condition of the product.

In case of unavailability of an ordered product, the Customer will be informed about it as soon as possible and will can in the choice:

The guarantee is cancelled by rights if an intervention on the device was executed by an unapproved person by the company A2O Distribution.

All the breakdowns ensuing from an abnormal use of the device, the request or the not appropriate manipulation, the shock even not visible, are excluded from the service of guarantee.

The wear of the organs of functioning, normal for the usage, is also excluded from the limits of guarantees.

The expenses of return will be taken care by the customer (except exceptional case).

The conditions of the after-sales service are imposed by the builders. The conditions of repair and consideration under guarantee are not dependent on our will but decided by the builders. The A2O Distribution AFTER-SALES SERVICE DEPARTMENT is just intermediary with the centres approved by the builders. The duration of the guarantee, if it exists there, is clarified on the fact sheet of the article. It covers details and expenses of hand of work if it is clarified on this description.

No product must have returned to us without a preliminary agreement of a responsible for A2O Distribution and the obtaining of a number of returns. ROBOT-ADVANCE.COM will refuse any return which will have been made except the procedure.

12. NAME SPECIFIC DATA

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

14. DISPUTES

The language of the arbitration procedure will be French. In defect, an arbitrator will be indicated by Mister President's prescription of the Commercial Chamber of the County court of Lyon.
The parts agree that this contract is subjected to the French law.
