What’s an electrostimulation device?

You may have already seen this device at the physiotherapist; with electrodes put your skin a specific part of your muscle can be stimulated. Thanks to electrostimulations your muscles can be healed, relaxed or even reinforced. Now, thanks to Bluetens, you can do all of this at your home. Bluetens is a very small device that fits in the palm of your hand, but very effective to take care of you.

Not only it has won the label of “l’observeur du design” in 2016 for its look but it is also certified by health professionals because created by them (doctors, physiotherapist, etc). Its small size allows it to take it everywhere; choose amongst the 3 modes and the 100 programs for massages after a painful position in front of your desk, a session of muscular reinforcement or just treatment with electrotherapy.

Bluetens is very easy to use: choose on your smartphone application the part of your body you want (arms, elbows until feet as well as belly or thigh…), then choose the mode you want (treatment, relaxation or reinforcement), put on the electrodes as the application tells you and press on the unique button to start it, with the control knob to set up the intensity of electrostimulation and let Bluetens do its work safely since it won’t start if all electrodes are not properly placed.
