Bluetooth 6.0 with Audio LE supports multipoint connectivity. Calls benefit from a dual-microphone AI algorithm. The headphones fold up in seconds and fit into the included carrying case. Full customisation via the JBL Headphones app with Personi-Fi 3.0 and JBL Smart Tx.

When working from home, you can activate noise cancellation to block out background noise, and the AI algorithm filters your surroundings during calls to ensure your voice remains clear. The on-ear design is particularly suitable for those who prefer headphones that don’t fully cover the ears. When on the move, you can fold the headphones, slip them into the included case, and the multipoint connection keeps you connected to your computer and phone without having to re-pair them every time you switch.

What is the difference between the Live 680NC and the Live 780NC?
The Live 680NC is an on-ear model (with ear cups resting on the ear) and weighs 231 g. The Live 780NC is over-ear (ear cups that wrap around the ear) and weighs 260 g. The 780NC has six microphones for noise cancellation, compared to four on the 680NC. Both models share the same battery life, the same battery and the same Bluetooth 6.0.
Can I use the headphones with a cable if the battery is flat?
Yes. The included USB-C to 3.5 mm jack cable allows you to listen to music even when the battery is flat.
Does the multi-point connection allow you to receive a phone call whilst connected to a computer?
Yes. The headset maintains two simultaneous Bluetooth connections and automatically switches to the phone when a call comes in, without disconnecting from the PC.
Is the JBL Headphones app essential?
No. The headphones work without the app. The app allows you to customise the equaliser, set up Personi-Fi 3.0 and assign buttons via JBL Smart Tx.
