The MatataStudio MT3-2 is a digital biological microscope featuring a 7-inch IPS screen that rotates through 135°, displaying sharp images for easy sharing of observations. Equipped with three objectives (4x, 10x, 40x), it offers digital magnification ranging from 400x to 1200x for observing cells, bacteria, plants and various specimens. Its 2MP Aptina CMOS sensor captures detailed images, which are stored on the included 8 GB SD card. The 3D X-Y mechanical stage allows for precise positioning of the sample, and the built-in measurement function assesses the size of the objects being observed.
The dual adjustable LED lighting (top transmitted light, bottom incident light) allows for the observation of both opaque objects and transparent specimens. It connects via HDMI, USB or Wi-Fi to a phone, PC, tablet or television, and is compatible with Android, Windows and iOS. Its 2000 mAh rechargeable battery provides 2.5 to 3 hours of battery life. The interface is available in 10 languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Thai and Korean. It comes with 10 prepared slides and a storage case for immediate use.
