BBC Micro bit Inventor kit and accessories

The BBC micro:bit comes with a Kitronik inventor kit, a 1m tangle-free USB cable, a battery cage and 2 AAA batteries. Your BBC micro:bit will be sent to you in one of four colours, but you will not be able to choose the colour you receive. The Kitronik Inventor's Kit for the BBC micro:bit is a great way to start programming and playing with the BBC micro:bit hardware.

This inventor's kit contains everything you need to perform 10 experiments, which involve the use of LEDs, motors, LDRs and capacitors.

To help you get started, an easy to follow training book is included that guides you through everything you need to know about programming the BBC micro:bit. You don't need any programming knowledge as the training book will guide you through every step of the process. In no time you will be programming and building circuits!

The Kitronik Inventor's Kit for the BBC micro:bit is an excellent approach to learning how to build and operate electrical circuits. The BBC micro:bit has a number of pins located on the bottom edge of its PCB. It is easy to connect additional components to the BBC micro:bit by using our specially developed board connection card for the BBC micro:bit in conjunction with the breadboard (see below).
