Body+ composition analysis 

With the Position Control technology, Body+ can measure your weight with a 100g precision but not only: weight, fat mass, muscular mass, hydric mass or even bone mass. The fat mass is given in percentage and can help you judging you physical shape. The muscular mass is useful for sportsmen so they can see what their progresses are after practicing. The hydric mass informs you about your hydration and water retention. Finally, bone mass helps you completing the global image of your body+.

Body+ displays immediately the curve of your weight so you can see your results in real time. 

• Your weighing are then recorded automatically on the Health Mate application via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Thanks to the application, you can enjoy a personalized coaching to reach your goals:
• Choose your daily quota of calories that you need to eat every day so you can reach an aimed weigh. Bette, you can choose an aimed weight and the application will tell you how many calories you need per day. 
• You can also register your meals so that the calories are deducted from your daily quota. The application even tells you when you can have more calories according to your activity. 
• Enjoy also personalized tips, reminders, summary… so you can reach your goal easily. 
• More than your body+ analysis, Body+ is able to give you the weather for the day so you can adapt your outfit. Body+ can also recognize 8 users and give them the right profile in the application Health Mate.
