The LEGO® MINDSTORMS® EV3 robot permits simply and intuitively to build your own robot, to program it and to connect if to a smartphone or a tablet to play and control it.
This Guide Robot-Advance will allow you to understand and use your robot much more simply with giving you all the information you need: the box’s content, robot models with building instruction, video to help programming or using it.

Content of the LEGO® MINDSTORMS® EV3

Numerous pieces are in the box of this LEGO® robot, the main piece is the intelligent programmable brick EV3, center of command and electric alimentation of the robot: 4 input ports (1, 2, 3, 4), 4 output ports (A, B, C, D) a mini USB port PC, 1 USB host port, 1 micro SD card port and 1 integrated speaker.

The LEGO® MINDSTORMS® EV3 box also contents 3 sensors and 3 motors:

• Color sensor to recognize colors and measure intensity
• Touch sensor to react to touch
• An infrared beacon to control the LEGO® robot
• Two big sized motors to program actions
• A normal-sized motor to a quick reaction
